Crazy Nexus, thats my idea, Thomas Dubiel. Since 1996, right after graduating as a Master of Business Administration in the field of economic computer science, I work as a consultant, project manager, developer and solution architect for software products for small and medium-employed businesses.
During this time, I learned a lot about the different processes in this companies and adapted standard software at the specific business processes of the customer. Later as project manager I was responsible for all processes of the company and had to know what impact has a change in a process to all the other processes. This was a very intresting expertise. Today, my knowledge is based on this expertise and is starting point for every new project.
Today I'm at the german software vendor as well, but in my leisure I gladly spend my time my own projects. I write software since 1993 in different programming languages (Pascal, C++, C# and assembler). Since 2011 I'm coding with Objective-C. This programming language captivates me from the first beginning. Since this time I provides a lot of tiny applications and a few bigger ones.
My Philosophy
The dilemma of a variety of software projects is the wrong approach of their developers. They put the focus is often on the functions of which they think that they are required. Sometimes there are internal company problems or requirements too. But the needs of the user have often no or very little attention.
My philosophy is to put the user at the center of development. I'm working together with my customers to find the best solution for him and with him. The user is at an early stage, thus ensuring integration into the development process and recognizes the most likely, if the alignment needs to be changed. He will be much more aware of since he has to actively deal with them, his expectations and wishes for the new software. The success and the will to use the product thus inevitable.
My Home
I live in Moritzburg / Boxdorf not far from the beautiful town of Dresden. Moritzburg is best known for his hunting and baroque castle but also for its world famous stud. Situated between picturesque forests and lakes I feel for some time here at home.
